Endless Optionz awards the promotional qualifier with a Endless Optionz Reward Certificate (shown below). The Endless Optionz Reward Certificate will contain multiple "gift claim codes" for awarding of multiple gift (3 to 8 over a period of 6 to 24 months). Each gift claim code may be used at www.PickYourGiftCard.com during the timeframes indicated on the Endless Optionz Reward Certificate. The unique gift claim code, when entered, will place the qualifier on a gift card selection web page branded specifically to your company with your desired messaging. Once submitted by the qualifier, the selected gift card is shipped to the address identified. The qualifier must retain the Endless Optionz Reward Certificate for use of gift claim codes at all future dates identified.

• Production and printing the Reward Certificate
