Online Optionz awards the promotional qualifier with a Reward Certificate (shown below) or electronically distributed pin code (shown below). Each gift claim code may be used at www.PickYourGiftCard.com The unique gift claim code, when entered, will place the qualifier on a gift card selection web page branded specifically to your company with your desired messaging. Once submitted by the qualifier, the selected gift card is shipped to the address identified.

Online Optionz services provided:

• Use of and licensing/signage rights and approvals from all participating restaurants and retailers in your marketing collateral
• Production and printing the Reward Certificate
• Sourcing and inventorying of all restaurant and retailer gift cards
• Delivery of gift cards to your customers via USPS first class mail (ship within 72 hours of request)
• Handling of all customer service issues that may arise (via toll free number and dedicated email address)
• All plastic gift cards sent to your customers are "closed loop" and do not have expiration dates
• Creation of private branded gift card selection site with your specific messaging
• Distribution of pin codes to be used on web site via Gift Reward Certificate
• Processing of customer selections — Pin codes have one year expiration from print date
